The reconstruction in the areas of Central Italy affected by the earthquakes of 2009 and 2016 has transformed the Seismic Crater into the largest construction site in Europe

Once the initial bureaucratic obstacles have been overcome, the return of affected families to their homes is now a reality. However, it is estimated that it will take at least 10-15 years for homes damaged by seismic events to fully recover.
